About the role
- Readily available for day-to-day problem-solving for their workgroup and may help with clinical assignment(s) when necessary.
- Provides clinical mentorship, including facilitation of professional development and yearly goals to the mental health clinicians in the program.
- Models the importance of professional development through avenues such as leading clinical discussions, journal reviews, and coordinating clinical services.
Compensation
- Salary Range: Min $39.17 Mid $48.97 Max $58.76

- Two years of lead experience in healthcare, human services, education or other fields offering services in the fields of mental health or substance use disorders to clients is required.
- Leadership experience and/or supervisor experience in the field of mental health is preferred.
