About the role
- This position provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based pediatric services for infants, children, adolescents, and their families.
- Clinical Leadership Provide leadership and oversight for the delivery of comprehensive pediatric nursing services for patients from birth through age 21.
- Ensure compliance with evidence-based clinical practice, CDC recommendations, North Carolina Board of Nursing regulations, and agency policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinic operations with providers, program managers, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient access.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and staff retention initiatives.
- Quality Improvement Lead quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, safety, and operational performance.
- Collaboration and Community Engagement Collaborate with providers, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to improve access to pediatric services.
