- Ready to establish foundational operational processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and step up as a trusted Manager on Duty to keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.
- Skilled at supporting the team in real-time, sharing operational standards and safety practices, and guiding the floor during your MOD shifts to help Home Experts build confidence.
