The Office of Innovation & Technology (OIT) is the central IT agency for the City of Philadelphia headed by the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Manage and support endpoints using Microsoft Intune, or other endpoint management systems
Develop and deploy system images across environments.
Perform Level 3 troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues.
Manage enterprise backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
Plan, schedule, and implement software and firmware upgrades.
Serve as the primary support resource for critical infrastructure systems.
Lead application upgrade, deployment, and migration efforts.
Implement, manage, and maintain Active Directory, including Group Policy Objects (GPO).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution engineering, system upgrades, patch management, and enterprise backup and recovery.
Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting for systems automation and management.
Familiarity with industry-standard security protocols including SSL, TLS, IPsec, HTTPS, SFTP, and Kerberos.
The successful candidate must be a city of Philadelphia resident within six months of hire
This role is crucial within the Philadelphia Fire Department's IT infrastructure, thus sound technical knowledge of the subject area as well as consistent reliability is required.

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or higher from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

$65,000 - $75,000
