Compensation
- Compensation for this role ranges from $75,000-90,000 annually.

- That's why we're looking for a Benefits & Leave Specialist who is passionate about creating a positive employee experience and helping team members navigate some of life's most important moments.
- You'll collaborate closely with our benefits broker, and our third-party leave administrator, to deliver a seamless and supportive experience from enrollment through return to work.
- Benefits Administration Help administer NOCD's employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA/FSA, and voluntary benefits.
- Be a trusted People Operations partner for employees with questions about benefits enrollment, eligibility, and life events.
- Partner with our benefits broker and payroll, to support benefit administration, Open Enrollment strategy, and employee education.
- Connect employees with our benefits advisor for detailed questions about coverage, claims, providers, and plan benefits.
- Process benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and employee status changes while maintaining accurate HRIS records.
- Work closely with Payroll and benefit vendors to ensure employees receive the benefits they're eligible for.
