About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Cross-Functional Success: Operate seamlessly with cross-functional (XFN) partners across Engineering, Partnerships, Commercial and other XFN teams to align roadmaps and deliver high-impact products.
  • Build and Lead a World-Class Team: Lead, mentor, and scale a strong organization of Product Managers and Product Leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and speed.

Requirements

  • An Experienced Product Leader: You bring 15+ years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 8 years operating in a senior product leadership role (e.g., Director, VP, or Head of Product).
  • A Proven Technology Executive: You have a demonstrated track record of leading product organizations and driving massive scale at a top-tier technology company.
  • An AI / ML Native: You have demonstrable experience leading AI and ML-powered product initiatives.
  • Customer-Centric & Payments Obsessed: You are deeply passionate about the payments ecosystem.
  • Industry Expert: Prior leadership experience in fintech and/or payments is highly desirable.

  • You possess a strong technical background and are highly comfortable engaging in deep technical architecture discussions with senior engineering leaders.
  • A background in software engineering is a significant plus.
