Requirements

  • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions using data, automation, and analytics
  • Agility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial Operations, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date on or before Spring 2028
  • Interest in analytics, automation, modeling, and technology-enabled finance solutions
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and project work
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux is a plus
  • Experience with data analysis, process automation, software development, project delivery, or PMO support is preferred
  • Ability to prepare status updates, track workstreams, and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining appropriate governance, controls, and attention to execution
