About the role

Our Transportation Creative Studio Planners bring ideas to life.
This position is available at either our Roseville or Sacramento location, so let us know your preference when applying.

Serving as partners to clients and project managers, they develop creative strategies for projects and guide entry-level Creative Studio Planners to implement these ideas.
Our Creative Studio group, with over 20 visual designers, collaborates with senior staff to find the best ways to deliver this information to the audience.

Bachelor's or master's degree in transportation, urban and regional planning, or a related major (e.g., geography, landscape architecture, economics)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

2-5 years of professional work experience in creative design, ideally within a planning, transportation, or urban design environment.
Excellent visual and written communication skills, with an emphasis on distilling complex information into relatable stories
Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to collaboration, and a creative approach to problem-solving
Portfolio demonstrating visual design capabilities
