About the role
- The Compliance Reporting Associate ensures that MFS complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- This role assists in the development and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures and processes and reports on compliance outcomes to senior compliance leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, review, and delivery of client reporting and regulatory filings (e.g., client reports, regulatory submissions, ad hoc requests).
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation of reporting processes, validation steps, and issue resolution.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Technology) to gather data and resolve reporting-related issues.
- Support process improvements and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Track and manage incoming requests through shared mailboxes and workflows, ensuring proper categorization and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and root causes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams with a level of accountability with a proactive approach.
- Comfort working with data and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with data analysis, report generation, and AI technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or finance.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience or a proven interest in the Compliance/Legal area will be a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance reporting functions and applicable laws will be a plus.
Compensation
- MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
- $55,500.00 - $80,500.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

- This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
