About the role
- Upon successful completion of the fellowship and hitting your production goals, you will transition into a full-time Project Consultant role with uncapped earning potential.
- We teach you the technical "Skill"; you provide the "Will." - A Results-Only Workplace (ROWA): We don't care about "time in service" or hourly rates.
- You will be expected to operate with independence and urgency. - Hunt: Identify and operate within storm-affected territories.

- You will manage your own "Area of Operations" to find homeowners in need.
- You see a problem, and you drive toward the solution.
- If your background aligns with our mission, you will be invited to the Advocate Audit -a series of videos and forensic essay questions designed to test your "Will" before we meet for a formal interview.

Requirements
- You have an active interest in the DoD SkillBridge program and are within 180 days of separation.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $150,000+ (Uncapped bonuses + base salary).
- We do not interview everyone.
