Responsibilities
- This is a high-ownership Principal Product Manager role focused on expanding and scaling key product areas across the platform. You'll partner closely with our CPO, Engineering, and Design teams to increase product execution capacity and strategic depth.
- You'll operate across both strategy and execution, owning meaningful product areas end-to-end while helping raise the overall bar for how we think, build, and ship at Digs.
- Own and scale core product areas end-to-end, from strategy through delivery
- Define and drive outcome-based roadmaps tied to customer and company impact
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-impact product work
- Drive prioritization and tradeoffs across competing needs and stakeholders
- You'll partner closely with our CPO, Engineering, and Design teams to increase product execution capacity and strategic depth.
- Are effective across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership teams
- Care deeply about outcomes, ownership, and building durable systems over features
Requirements
- Have 10+ years of product management or closely related experience in technical or product-facing roles
- Experience in construction, real estate, or other operationally complex industries
- Experience with AI-enabled or data-heavy products
- Experience working alongside other senior/principal PMs
- Experience helping shape product operating systems in early-stage teams
Compensation
- $175,000-$190,000 (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
- Fifteen (15) paid holidays per year
