- This is your opportunity to work with a team that keeps logistics running smoothly-and safely. 📍 Position Overview As a Driver Dispatcher at TCI, you'll play a critical role in coordinating transportation services across our operations.
- You'll work closely with drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and other departments to ensure trips are covered, schedules are met, and compliance is maintained-all while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Overseeing and directing dispatch activities for several locations, including remote facilities Ensure safety is always the #1 priority.
Responsibilities
- TCI Logistics is seeking a dependable and driven Driver-Dispatcher to support and manage our day-to-day transportation operations.
Nice to have
- Monitor and audit Hours of Service (HOS) for compliance.
- Oversee customer service standards, meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Operate box trucks as needed, including performing driver unload tasks. 🛠️ Skills & Qualifications Bilingual Preferred (Spanish) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with DOT compliance and HOS regulations.
- High level of ethics and confidentiality.
- Experience in dispatch or logistics is strongly preferred.
- Ability to drive box trucks and perform physical unloading tasks as required.
