About the role

As an Inside Sales Associate for the Parts Department, you'll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account set up.
You'll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team.
You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth Warehouse operations.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell opportunities.
Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for efficient operations.

Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in a similar industry.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.

Assist in maintaining sales records, customer databases, and reports.
Monitor sales metrics and generate periodic sales reports for management review.

Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and timely stocking of products.
Perform inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment.
