About the role
- Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid-level Counseling associate in the Labor & Employment Practice of our Los Angeles office.
- GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the Labor & Employment Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from variety of industries across the country.

Responsibilities
- Candidates should have substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and implementing employee handbooks, workplace policies, employment-related agreements, and other compliance-related documents.
- This role requires the ability to identify legal and operational risks, develop practical and legally sound compliance strategies, and deliver actionable guidance that aligns with clients' business goals.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent judgment, strong research and client-service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with business and HR stakeholders.
Compensation
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- $235,000 to $390,000
