About the role
- As Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer, you will be a force multiplier for Asana's product leadership team.
- This is a high-trust, high-judgment role for someone who can move fluidly between strategic thinking and execution.
- The role is especially important as the CPO's org now includes StackAI, Ecosystem Partnerships, and Data Science.
Responsibilities
- PM, design, or UX), product marketing, operations, or similar role in a fast-moving technology environment
- Strong meeting design and follow-through skills; you know how to turn leadership forums into clear decisions, owners, and actions
- Excellent cross-functional judgment and influence; you can work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and partnerships without becoming a bottleneck
- High EQ, sound judgment, and discretion; you build trust quickly and handle sensitive information well
