About the role
- Coordinate classroom preparation, including curriculum materials, supplies, crafts, and teaching resources.
- Ensure volunteers have the information and resources they need each week, including sending weekly lesson communications.
- Coordinate with ministry teams to ensure classrooms are equipped and ready for ministry.
Responsibilities
- Support Sunday ministry operations by assisting Team Leads, Training Leads, and volunteer teams.
- Maintain volunteer records and support volunteer onboarding, training, and scheduling.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and excellent environment for children and families.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The Village Kids Coordinator helps create a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for children, families, and volunteers.
- Support Sunday ministry operations by assisting

Compensation
- Vacation: 3 weeks Salary: $19.50/hr
