About the role

We understand and provide expert consultation on weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.
We know defense and we know aircraft systems.
The Certified Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading electrical systems and equipment throughout the manufacturing facility.

Our core competencies include systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services.
This position supports production operations by ensuring electrical equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
The Certified Electrician works independently and collaboratively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical safety practices.
Must be a U.S citizen.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures is essential.

Flexibility is required to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours as needed to meet workload demands.

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.
Technical certification in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Journeyman Electrician License required
Master Electrician License preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, or commercial electrical experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, electrical distribution systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
