About the role

  • The Associate, Customer Account is a key member of the Account Management team, supporting Account Directors and Account Managers in achieving annual sales objectives through customer account support, distributor coordination, and systems administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support trade deduction analysis, reconciliation, workflow administration, and documentation in partnership with Account Management and Sales Finance.
  • Manage customer post-audit claims, including undisputed claim resolution, disputed claim tracking, and timely response management.
  • Research and resolve deduction discrepancies, lead follow-up on complex claims, and participate in customer/vendor meetings as needed.
  • Drive collection of unauthorized deductions and credits while supporting profitable business performance.
  • Support customer metric forecasting, off-invoice trade events, planning tool inputs, and alignment between customer and internal systems.
  • Reconcile customer forecasts with Nestlé internal forecasts and support new item setup, trade management, and financial reconciliations.
  • Customer Distributor Support (10% of AA Role)
  • Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration (50% of AA Role)
  • Maintain customer forms, item data, product attributes, UPCs, dimensions, pricing information, and customer item management records.
  • Support item setup and maintenance in Osprey and customer systems, including new item implementation and customer initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

Compensation

  • $58k-$85k
