About the role

Join our fast-paced and passionate team as a Mechanical Engineer 3.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in a fluid startup environment.
Your key responsibilities are as follows: Work independently and in a team while over communicating with the manager, project engineer and the teammates.

You're passionate about building systems from the ground up and comfortable with ambiguity and change.

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a startup or technology company.

Deep working knowledge of multiple ME topics and strong understanding of standard mechanical engineering degree curriculum.
Deep understanding of designing for photonic assembling methods: Die bonding, vacuum reflow soldering, wire-bonding, adhesives, etc.
Deep understanding of structural theory: static, modal, random vibration, shock, etc.
Deep understanding of fluids and heat transfer theory: conduction, convection and radiation.
The expected annual salary range for this position is $125,000-$175,000.
Your key responsibilities are as follows:
Will mentor junior engineers.
Use every opportunity to grow competency thru mentorship, curiosity, communication, exposure and initiative.
This position requires access to export-controlled information.
