Responsibilities
- Company Overview About our Company - Located in Newport News, Virginia, Canon Virginia, Inc. serves as Canon's only manufacturing, engineering, recycling and technical support center in the Americas region.
- This position is responsible for Designing various types of injection mold tools using Computer Aided Design (CAD).

- Bachelor's Degree in Design or Mechanical Engineering and 5-8 years mold design experience
- experience running and crafting mold flow reports a plus. - Proficient with Computer Aided Machining (CAM) programming for toolpath and Autodesk PowerMill a plus. - Proficient with CAD solid modeling system
- experience with NX CAD..
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- CVI produces new products using advanced manufacturing methodologies while also serving as a factory service center providing expert customer service in the repair and refurbishment of Canon products.
- Canon Virginia's manufacturing services extend to injection mold making and contract manufacturing services.
- This includes hiring, promotions, demotions, transfers, layoffs, recall, training, and terminations.
Compensation
- The pay range for this salaried position is $81,793 - $106,331 |
