The technician will help ensure the site remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained for daily operations.
The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in general maintenance practices and a willingness to learn and grow within a facilities environment.

Perform routine general maintenance throughout the facility, including minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lighting.
Support preventive maintenance programs on building systems and equipment.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, including equipment and mechanical rooms.
This role is responsible for performing general building maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with routine upkeep of facility spaces and equipment.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to use standard maintenance tools and equipment safely.
Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license.
1+ year of general maintenance, building operations, or related experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with building staff and occupants.

$35.00 - $45.00 / Hourly The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
