About the role
- This role's primary responsibility makes it possible to identify qualified Home Health Aides and Patient Care Associates whose duties in the field make it possible to fill current contracts and client needs throughout the assigned region.
- You must reside in or near Melville, NY or be willing to commute daily, to be considered for the position.
- The position requires a combination of office time and local travel within the region for weekly in-person meetings and recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of recruiters and support staff responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain staff, such as offering professional development opportunities and creating a positive work environment.
- Manage the budget allocated for recruitment activities including advertising, recruitment events, and agency fees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven leadership skills, experience managing a team
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms
- Professional communication and organization skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Pay range and compensation package: Up to $175,000
