About the role
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and interested in learning how modern B2B marketing teams operate.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of major corporate events, including SuiteWorld and Community Summit
- Help manage attendee lists, registrations, travel coordination, and event communications
- Partner Marketing Support
- Assist with partner marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Help coordinate partner communications and promotional activities
- Support tracking of partner-sponsored programs and deliverables
- Maintain marketing calendars and program documentation
