Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities throughout the Austin area.
- Provide financial and operational leadership, offering consultative support to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Efficiently manage new account onboarding.
- We implement intelligent solutions, exceptional service, and the RISE way so that we can create a vibrant future and quality of life today.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing both condominium and single-family communities.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred

- At least 2 years of experience in community association management.
- Experience managing both condominium and single-family communities preferred.
- Multifamily property management experience preferred.
- Experience managing a portfolio of communities preferred.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- General understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry, Adobe, and 10-key.
- Professional communication skills, including phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation
- $70,000-$75,000 based on experience
