About the role

  • Responsible for managing and account servicing the High Net Worth client relationship including new and renewal business processes and rounding of accounts.
  • Includes preparation of new business and renewal submissions including marketing, rating and proposals as well as the applications and binder process through to policy issuance.
  • Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to Customers, Sales Representatives, Insurance Companies and Internal contacts and other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • CPRM or CPRIA Designation required or must be obtained within two years of date of hire.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing organization / environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (Sagitta) preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary for this position ranges from $80,000.00 - $95,000.00.
  • The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
  • In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
