About the role

  • The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain operational KPIs, addressing gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to develop team members.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or warehouse management, preferably in a distribution environment
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and WMS software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
