About the role

  • The Regional Sales Manager- Cannabis will be responsible for managing and directing the sales activities within Western Canada.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
  • Set sales targets and priorities for the sales team to meet and exceed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key clients & distributors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field an asset
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cannabis industry or a relevant field
  • Knowledge of Cannabis products and industry regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness & ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry necessary events
  • Ability to pass a background check
