About the role
- The Regional Sales Manager- Cannabis will be responsible for managing and directing the sales activities within Western Canada.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
- Set sales targets and priorities for the sales team to meet and exceed
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key clients & distributors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field an asset
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cannabis industry or a relevant field
- Knowledge of Cannabis products and industry regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness & ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry necessary events
- Ability to pass a background check
