- NEW Executive Director Of Business Banking The Executive Director of Business Banking is responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of the Bank's Business Banking segment.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of credit structuring and monitoring skills, bank policy, compliance, the industry and market information
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial or business banking
- at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role
- Formal credit training, an advanced degree and/or ongoing AIB seminars and other resources are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Compensation
- Define and lead the strategic direction for Business Banking sales across the bank's footprint.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats to inform strategic direction.
- Evaluate and optimize the Business Banking product suite (deposits, treasury management, loans, etc.) to meet client needs and maximize profitability.
- Direct sales performance and consistency across markets through alignment of sales processes, goals, and tools.
- Deliver measurable results in core deposit growth, treasury management fee income, and private client opportunities.
- Influence performance of Business Bankers, without direct authority, by facilitating cross-segment collaboration with Regional Operating Model (ROM) leadership - specifically Market and Regional Presidents.
