- Join us as a Senior Analyst in our thriving Product Analytics team, where you'll unleash the power of data to fuel innovation.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders on exciting business problems, actively shaping the team's strategic direction and focus while driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to quantify opportunities, define success metrics, and deliver recommendations to be built into the product experience and influence the product strategy.
- Design, implement, and review experiments (A/B, multi-armed bandit, etc.) to measure impact and uncover future opportunities for iteration and optimization.
- Use data-driven analyses, A/B tests, and statistical models to uncover customer behavior insights, optimize product strategies, and deliver tangible customer impact.
- Root cause changes to business performance, partnering with stakeholders to deliver upon north star metrics and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in site analytics and experimental test design
Nice to have
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis, coupled with experience in statistical modeling (Python preferred)
Compensation
- The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $120,000-$146,000 annually.*
