About the role

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our growing Data Delivery team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing data pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Ensure data platform security, monitoring, governance, and compliance standards are met.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions using Azure cloud technologies.
Build and manage ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and deliver data from databases, APIs, files, and other enterprise sources.
Develop data models, data warehouses, data marts, and storage solutions for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional technology teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions using Agile methodologies.
Implement and support Azure-based data platforms, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Cosmos DB.
Manage source control, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues, providing operational support and incident management when needed.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
You will collaborate with business and technology teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data ecosystems that support advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

5+ years of experience designing and developing data solutions and data processing applications.
5+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL development, and database optimization.
2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services (IaaS and PaaS).
2+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud-based and on-premises data platforms.
Hands-on experience with:
Strong expertise in ETL/ELT development and data integration technologies such as SSIS, Informatica, Kafka, Spark, MuleSoft, or similar tools.

Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
Experience supporting analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML initiatives.
