  • For the Consulting Associate, Environmental Construction (DDD) position, the anticipated annual base pay is $66,081- $81,353 (USD).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute remediation, DDD, asbestos, and construction projects, including design reviews, cost opinions, work progress tracking, and schedule management.
  • Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance
  • Support business development by identifying upcoming opportunities, meeting with clients, and contributing to proposals, interviews, and project contracting.
  • Support and oversee field activities to ensure safe, high-quality project execution.
  • Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance; negotiate and resolve change orders as needed.
  • Develop bid packages, engineering cost estimates, and construction oversight plans for complex environmental and DDD projects.
  • Contribute technical expertise that drives successful project outcomes and builds strong, lasting client relationships.

Requirements

  • Review contractor submittals (RFIs, clarifications, required documentation, change order requests) to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in environmental engineering or construction management consulting.
  • Experience working on construction or remediation sites (DDD experience preferred).
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER required.
  • familiarity with cost estimating tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client‑service skills.

Compensation

  • For the Consulting Associate, Environmental Construction (DDD) position, the anticipated annual base pay is $66,081- $81,353 (USD).
  • Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs.
  • In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
  • This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
