About the role

This role is focused on conducting daily safety observations, documenting findings, and escalating unsafe conditions or behaviors to operations leadership for resolution.
You will assist with the training delivery and administration of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and Trailer Dock Release (TDR) programs under the direction of the Operations leadership.
This role spends most of its time on the warehouse floor conducting audits, engaging associates, verifying compliance, etc.

Training Support - PIT & TDR
Support delivery of site-level PIT and Trailer Doc Release (TDR) training for new and existing associates as directed by the Safety team.
Maintain accurate certification records and training documentation.
Support incident investigations involving PIT equipment and suggest corrective actions.
As a Safety Lead, Site Operations, you will support the safety compliance activities within the fulfillment center.
Perform routine audits of PIT operations, pedestrian traffic areas, emergency exits, dock operations, storage locations, and housekeeping standards.
