About the role
- As our Receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the ultimate brand ambassador.
- You don't just answer phones; you curate a 5-star guest experience.
- Whether you're greeting a high-level executive, managing a global switchboard, or ensuring our conference rooms are "camera-ready," you are the glue that holds our professional environment together.
Responsibilities
- Master of First Impressions: Greet all visitors with warmth, manage the digital guest log, and ensure security protocols (NDAs) are followed seamlessly.
- Operational Ninja: You're a team player who isn't afraid to jump in where needed. You'll be cross-trained in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support to keep the office running at peak performance.
- Event & Meeting Support: From ordering top-tier catering to setting up high-tech conference rooms, you ensure every meeting goes off without a hitch.

Requirements

- A Natural Professional: You possess a polished appearance, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of professional experience (Reception, Concierge, or High-end Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
