About the role

  • As our Receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the ultimate brand ambassador.
  • You don't just answer phones; you curate a 5-star guest experience.
  • Whether you're greeting a high-level executive, managing a global switchboard, or ensuring our conference rooms are "camera-ready," you are the glue that holds our professional environment together.

Responsibilities

  • Master of First Impressions: Greet all visitors with warmth, manage the digital guest log, and ensure security protocols (NDAs) are followed seamlessly.
  • Operational Ninja: You're a team player who isn't afraid to jump in where needed. You'll be cross-trained in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support to keep the office running at peak performance.
  • Event & Meeting Support: From ordering top-tier catering to setting up high-tech conference rooms, you ensure every meeting goes off without a hitch.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years of professional experience (Reception, Concierge, or High-end Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
