About the role
- The Behavioral Health Patient Coordinator will serve to provide general assistance, information, referrals, and scheduling for individuals and families seeking Behavioral Health Services.
- This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to interact with all levels of Serene Health's staff, and a wide range of external contacts.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk, greet clients, and manage office supplies.
- Implement a screening and triage process to assist potential clients in determining the necessary services.
- Maintains confidentiality of all clinical and administrative information consistent with agency policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in front office work preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and have excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain confidential records.
Compensation
- $18 - $22 USD
