Responsibilities
- Lead the Styling Organization
- Manage, mentor and develop a growing styling team across all levels.
- Build scalable workflows and team structures that support continued business growth.
- Drive consistency across styling standards while empowering individual ownership.
- Own Styling Operations
- Lead seasonal styling workflows including cross-functional line review meetings, showroom preparation and styling handoffs.
- Own stylist staffing, resource allocation and capacity planning across concurrent productions.
- Partner closely with Production to align styling resources with evolving production schedules.
- Ensure styling operations can support high-volume ecommerce, editorial and emerging content initiatives.
- Serve as the primary styling partner to Creative, Production, Merchandising, Sample Management and Marketing.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional styling experience within fashion, retail or
- 2-3+ years leading, mentoring or managing creative teams.
- Experience within a corporate retail or brand environment with
- Strong understanding of both ecommerce and editorial styling, balancing creative quality with operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development experience.
- highly collaborative and solutions-oriented, with experience partnering across Production, Merchandising and Sample teams.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday.com.
- The ideal candidate is an operational leader with exceptional creative judgment.
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000-$125,000.
- The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.
