About the role
- This will be a remote role, HQ is based out of Waltham, MA
Responsibilities
- Support Project Directors & Senior Consultants to deliver analysis and strategic plans for the adoption of robotics & intelligent systems in dynamic environments.
- Support the development and refinement of strategic plans by performing research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights in support of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic planning documents that summarize key findings and recommendations.
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives through effective communication that understands the unique needs of different audiences.
- Creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful, anticipates and adopts innovations in business, operations, and technology applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in developing slides and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development, or business analysis.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and basic modeling; familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
