- The Taktical Manager is responsible for leading project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Validate and ensure project phasing plan built by upstream function still holds true based on project requirements
- Collaborates with Commercial, precon teams, and operations management to align budget, resource allocation, and schedule data
- Build out OPC plan for projects based on predefined nomenclature for stage, sequence and layers
- Setup and validate Takt interface Sharepoint dashboard for project
- Validate and input inspection requirements for the project in OPC to setup trackers
- Verify/validate production reports generated by status updates to OPC
- Track and document all schedule changes and assess impact of overall project delivery
- Maintain stict adherence to project controls governance for baseline and revisions
- Model "what if " secenarios to support decision making when scope, cost, or resource changes occur
- Ability to implement organized plans and break down work into clear attainable steps
Requirements
- The Integrated Schedule Lead develops a pre-planning schedule that outlines the essential stages, sequences, and layers required for the project.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.

- This role ensures effective project controls, provides insights into project performance, and partners with project teams to drive execution discipline.
- Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Responsible to Implement and Oversee Project Controls Process
- Includes earned value management (EVM), critical path analysis, and forecasting
- Accountable to Validate initial project phasing plans utilizing JPI Production System best practice
- Responsible to Provide Monthly project performance reports to Leadership and stakeholders
