About the role
- This role ensures accuracy and completeness of public title records, tax certifications, attorney opinion letters, vesting, legal descriptions, liens, and judgments in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- The Title Processor - Avenue is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and validating all documentation necessary to support compliant real estate title transactions.

Requirements
- Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within established guidelines.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based systems.
- All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.
