  • This role bridges analytics, data engineering, and business teams to ensure data is trusted, consistent, and actionable, while enabling both self-service analytics and agentic (AI-driven) reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with data engineering to address gaps in behavioral and customer data models
  • Own consumer revenue AI/BI and agentic reporting products
  • Lead model training, benchmarking, and new AI-driven analytics applications
  • Drive user onboarding, adoption, and ongoing enablement
  • Design a tiered data access model for analysts, business users, and executives
  • Partner with analytics and analytics engineering to ensure consistency of metrics and definitions
  • Insights & Decision Support
  • Deliver analytical frameworks and toolkits, including, c ontent attribution & monetization, audience segmentation & RFM, and revenue & subscription forecasting
  • Support editorial, audience, and consumer teams with actionable insights
  • Develop reporting aligned to departmental KPIs

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in consumer analytics, data analytics, or analytics engineering
  • Strong experience with SQL, data warehousing, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Proven ability to define metrics, semantic layers, and analytics products
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders

Compensation

  • The expected base salary range for this position is from $97,500 - $120,000.
