About the role
- The intern will play a key role in analyzing Per Scholas's competitive edge in emerging technical fields and evaluating the market relevance of our earned revenue products.
Responsibilities
- Data Synthesis: Apply strong analytical skills and AI prompting techniques to synthesize findings into "so what?" insights that drive strategic organizational decisions.

- We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Competitive Analysis Research Intern to support strategic growth and market intelligence projects.
Requirements
- alternative backgrounds eligible when the required skills have been obtained without a degree
- Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
- Ability to utilize AI prompting to enhance research efficiency and synthesis.
- Current undergraduate student with a strong interest in research, market analysis, or business strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A strong bias toward learning and inquiry, with an ability to identify the "so what?" in complex data.
- Excitement to learn about and contribute to the field of workforce development.
