Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with other infrastructure teams to resolve complex troubleshooting issues
- Manage the MPLS backbone
- Manage the Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Support firewall administration and enforce security policies across the network infrastructure
- Work with key partners to establish peering at our different internet exchange (IX) and optimize global BGP routing policies.
- Lead incident response efforts by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing technical remediation to prevent recurrence
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Expert Level Knowledge of BGP (inet, inet- vpn, inet6 and EVPN families)
- Expert Level Knowledge of EVPN-MPLS and EVPN-VXLAN
- Knowledge of VPN/tunnel technologies (IPSec, GRE, etc.)
- Experience working in a multi-tenant environment (Service Provider/Data Center)
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to execute recovery actions during complex network incidents
- Experience with Next-Gen firewalls
- Practical experience with 802.1x Authentication and Radius server management/configuration
- Experience with Linux server administration, BASH/Python scripting, file system manipulation, etc.
- Experience with Segment Routing (SR-MPLS) and Traffic Engineering (TE)
