About the role
- We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Boston team.
- You will also help ensure best practices are followed for detailed payment instruction requests and banking portal entitlements, supporting the firm's continued adoption of advanced technology in this area.
- The role works closely with Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Tax, and other operational teams across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, set-up, and maintain bank accounts for the Fund Programs and Subsidiaries
- Collect, review, and provide bank account KYC documentation in coordination with cross-functional partners
- Develop subject matter expertise in establishing specialized payment instructions across U.S. and international clearing systems
Requirements
- Knowledge of banking and KYC operations related to private equity organizations
- Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
- 1-4 Years preferably in a financial services environment
- Familiarity with eFront, banking portals, SWIFT, Kyriba, FIS Integrity or similar technology platforms
- Initiate capital call process when required by Treasury fund managers
- Background in Finance or Treasury
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally
- Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and geographies
- Positive team-oriented demeanor

- Shows sound judgment and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, focus on execution of tasks, and adaptability to meet changing timelines and priorities
- Able to independently and efficiently track and report on the progress of tasks
- Familiarity with excel in order to analyze data for reporting

Compensation
- $75,000.00 - $80,000.00
- This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements.
- This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance.
- In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
- Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
