About the role

Capable of reading and adhering to basic measurements as well as verbal and written instructions.
Demonstrates excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary for performing the key functions of the role.

Acquire familiarity with equipment and develop the skills necessary for effective surface preparation.
Collaborate closely with painters and management to fully understand quality paint standards, ensuring that the paint finishes produced by the department are of the highest possible quality.
Develop the knowledge and skills to perform touch-ups on painted surfaces, along with buffing paint finishes.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive tasks for an eight (8) hour shift.
Become well-versed in the materials necessary for surface preparation and learn the skills required to use them.

What you need to be successful: Prior experience in paint production is preferred but not mandatory.
