- Identifying delivery risks and working with partners to define mitigation strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, managing integrations, and providing input on buy-vs-build decisions

- Experience working across multiple workstreams or stakeholder groups within a single product area
Skills
- Strong understanding of product management frameworks and Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with common product and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5-8 years of experience in product management or a closely related role, preferably in a professional services environment
- Experience owning delivery for a major capability, including backlog management and day‑to‑day prioritization
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and sequencing work based on business priorities and constraints

- Professional certifications in one or more domains (Tax, Audit, Advisory, Internal Services)
