Requirements
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical construction, project financial management, contract administration, and subcontractor management.
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously and managing project budgets exceeding $500,000.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to walk active construction sites, climb ladders, and access mechanical spaces.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments.

Nice to have
