Responsibilities
- You will work with capability leads to balance client demand with employee career growth, negotiating with Project Managers when resources are tight.
- You own the weekly cadence of the delivery business.
- This means running our forecast reviews, auditing utilization data, and ensuring our time-tracking hygiene is spotless so our Capability Leads don't have to chase timesheets.
- You will act as the Change Manager and Program Lead for this rollout.
- This means going beyond just project tracking; you will design the adoption strategy, manage stakeholder resistance, and fix friction points to ensure these standards become our daily reality.
Requirements
- You have high EQ and low ego.
- You can influence senior leaders who don't report to you, and you aren't afraid to have difficult conversations about data accuracy or staffing conflicts.
