Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of mid-sized events aligned to demand generation and category priorities
- Partner with Category Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Account management to define goals, messaging, branding, and staffing.
- Own production timelines, sequencing, and logistics from planning through strike
- Own and scale the "Booth-in-a-Box" logistics and checkout process
- Build and manage inventory systems for event assets, swag, and seller kits
- Lead ordering, shipping, and fulfillment for all IRL events
- Develop repeatable processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Build and manage budgets for mid-sized events
- Track estimates vs. actuals and proactively manage variances
- Serve as logistics/production lead for mid-sized events and support large scale events
Requirements
- You have a track record of navigating ambiguity and solving problems independently
- cross-functional collaboration and the ability to flex up or down based on the needs of the specific event will be paramount
- This role will be attending a good amount of IRL events throughout the year, both US and international (a valid passport is required)
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of event tech/AV setups
- able to troubleshoot independently (OBS experience a plus)
