- Prologis is seeking a n Associate Development Manager for our Mountain Southwest Development Team, working on projects in the Phoenix, Las Vegas and Reno markets.
Responsibilities
- Support Development Management team in execution of development projects for Build-to- S uit, Spec ulative, & TI projects. The work is focused on entitlement /permitting, design, and construction.
- Consistently and effectively deliver TI & spec ulative building projects exceeding customer expectations
- Primary responsibility is to consistently deliver high-quality results for Prologis stakeholders (both internal and external) through exceptional performance.
- Challenge architects, engineers and contractors to drive performance ( e.g, schedule, specs, means and methods, and budgets)
Requirements
- 3+ years of combined experience working in the field of real estate development and construction management.
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil or Structural).
- Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
- Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.
Compensation
- Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- $82,400 - $123,600.
- Our 401(k) retirement plan has a company match of 50% up to 12% of eligible compensation.
