About the role
- This role involves acting as an intermediary to ensure successful transactions and optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and expansion of Berkadia's Investment Sales practice by aggressively originating, structuring, and closing transactions.
- Prepare and provide necessary legal documentation to support transactions.
- Build and nurture client relationships within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Bankers to enhance business development and strengthen the Berkadia brand.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Investment Sales Brokerage - Affordable Housing preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
