In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this position serves as a technical resource for adjusters, clients, and internal partners while maintaining involvement in complex, high-severity claims as needed.
This role supports multiple commercial trucking clients and requires a leader who can balance operational excellence, claim quality, client service, and staff development.
Successful supervisors lead by example, develop talent, promote accountability, and create an environment where employees and clients can succeed together.
Job Summary The Multi-Line Claim Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, technical oversight, and claim management support for a team of approximately 5-6 adjusters handling commercial auto and trucking liability claims across multiple jurisdictions.
